Responsibilities of a Care Assistant:
Your role as a Care Assistant is to support our service users in their daily lives, including but not limited to:
- Personal care duties (washing, dressing, toileting, etc.)
- Administering medication
- Manual handling (using equipment where required)
- Promoting health and wellbeing of customers
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with activities and appointments
- Preparing and cooking nutritious meals
- Helping with shopping and domestic tasks
Requirements to Join Our Team:
To become a Care Assistant with Third Hand Care, you must:
✔ Have a full and valid UK driving licence
✔ Have access to a car/vehicle for work purposes
✔ Have the right to work in the UK (we are unable to provide sponsorship)
✔ Be able to work every other weekend or one day every weekend
✔ Be fluent in English
✔ Be aged 18+
✔ No experience required – Full training provided!
